Purchase Policy

This Purchase Policy applies to all purchases from Ascendance Studio LLC (“Ascendance Studio,” “we,” “us” or “our”), including lessons, packages, group classes, wedding dance services, youth programs, online lessons, coaching and gift certificates, whether purchased on our website, through our online booking or payment links, or at the studio. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Purchase Policy.

At a glance

• All sales are final. No refunds unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• 12-month validity. Lessons, packages and gift certificates must be used within 12 months of purchase.
• 24-hour cancellation. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session.
• Late cancellations and no-shows are charged as a completed session.
• Non-transferable unless approved in writing.

1. All sales are final

All purchases are final and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless Ascendance Studio agrees otherwise in writing.

2. Expiration of lessons and packages

All purchased services, including single lessons, lesson packages, group class passes, wedding dance services, youth program sessions and coaching, must be used within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase unless a different period is stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Unused services expire at the end of the applicable period. Expired services cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash or extended, unless approved in writing by Ascendance Studio management.

3. Scheduling

All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A purchase does not reserve a specific date, time, instructor or class until the booking has been confirmed by Ascendance Studio. Private and wedding lessons take place by appointment at our Addison studio; group classes take place at our Dallas location.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled lesson, session or class with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice at no charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed sessions without notice (no-shows), are charged as a completed session and are not refunded or credited.

If Ascendance Studio needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer you a new time at no additional cost.

5. Transfers

Lessons, packages, class passes and credits are for the purchaser only and may not be transferred to another person unless approved in writing by Ascendance Studio management.

6. Gift certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be used within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Sessions booked with a gift certificate are subject to availability and to the cancellation terms in Section 4. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced unless we can verify the purchase. 7. Packages and programs

Packages, monthly programs such as our youth ballroom program, and wedding packages are subject to the specific pricing, schedule, billing and usage terms agreed at the time of purchase or enrollment, together with this Purchase Policy.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment and booking providers. Ascendance Studio does not store your full card details. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

9. Pricing and availability

We may change prices, programs, schedules, instructors, offers and service availability at any time. Price changes do not affect services you have already paid for. We may correct errors in pricing, descriptions or promotions on our website at any time.

10. Governing law

This Purchase Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute relating to a purchase is handled as described in our Terms and Conditions.
